The Campsite

Ever wondered why MeasureCAMP and why we have a tent in our logo? This year you will have a rare opportunity to find out. Besides the traditional unconference on Saturday, we are trying to arrange a real camp at Praguecamp on Císařská louka for the MeasureCamp weekend.

• For the brave, the Campsite (CÍL) is within a walking distance (~3km) downhill from the venue (left side of the map)
• You can take a subway for one stop and walk from Smíchovské nádraží train/subway station (START)
• Or you can take an extra tram from there (one stop) to Lihovar station (2) that is even closer

You’ll be able to experience a relaxed vibe around the campfire, enjoy some flame-cooked delicacies, and have a couple of drinks while singing your favorite campfire songs.

The optional sleepover (a.k.a. the full experience)

The capacity of the campsite for sleepovers will be limited. We are able to accommodate only a handful of people in their tents and a couple more in their caravans.

The parties

We are throwing a Welcome party on Friday at 6 pm. This one is mainly for attendees that will travel to Prague day before the main conference. We expect smaller attendance and there is no budget / agenda.

We are organizing the infamous After Party on Saturday roughly at 7 pm at the same place. We invite everyone to come even if you won’t sleep in the camp – we expect a decent attendance of all the participants that would still want to share their experience from the event or just connect with the rest of the community. There is usually a budget for a couple of drinks and refreshments involved, so don’t be late.
